Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy

This Refund, Cancellation & Service Policy applies to all CCTV installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance services provided by IT Solutions through CCTVInstallationIndia.in.

IT Solutions operates as a service-based surveillance solutions provider and does not function as an online product-selling or return-based ecommerce store.


1. Service Booking & Cancellation

CCTV installation, site survey, repair, or AMC service bookings may be cancelled before any service activity has started.

Once any of the following has occurred, cancellation will not be accepted:

  • Site visit or survey has been conducted

  • Installation or service work has started

  • Equipment has been arranged or allocated for the project


2. Equipment Supply (Service-Based Only)

CCTV cameras and related equipment are provided only as part of installation or service projects after site inspection and requirement assessment.

  • We do not sell CCTV products online

  • No return or exchange facility is available once equipment has been installed or configured

  • Equipment once installed is considered accepted by the customer


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once service delivery has started.

Any advance amount paid is non-refundable once:

  • Site survey is completed

  • Installation or service work has commenced

  • Project resources or equipment have been allocated


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Delays caused due to customer unavailability or site readiness

  • Power supply, electrical faults, or network issues at the customer location

  • Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modification after installation

  • Manufacturer warranty limitations or rejection


5. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Policy

AMC charges are non-refundable once the contract has started.

AMC services are limited to the scope mentioned in the agreement and do not include part replacement unless specified.

Missed service visits due to customer unavailability are not eligible for refunds.


6. Service Delays & Rescheduling

Service timelines depend on site readiness, permissions, power availability, and customer coordination.

Delays caused by external or uncontrollable factors will not qualify for refunds or compensation.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

If incorrect information is provided regarding location, access, site conditions, or contact details:

  • Service delivery may be delayed or rescheduled

  • Additional visit or service charges may apply
