IT Solutions operates as a service-based CCTV installation and surveillance solutions provider.
Our services include:
On-site CCTV installation
CCTV system setup and configuration
Repair and maintenance services
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Security and surveillance consultancy
We do not operate as an online product-selling or ecommerce platform.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and technical feasibility.
2. Site Survey & Quotation
Site survey (free or paid, as applicable) is conducted to assess technical requirements
Final quotation is shared after physical inspection and requirement analysis
Prices may vary based on cabling length, accessories, site conditions, and customer needs
3. Service Confirmation & Payments
Services are confirmed only after mutual agreement on scope and pricing
Advance or full payment may be required before service execution, as discussed
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
IT Solutions is an MSME registered under Udyam; GST is not applicable unless stated otherwise
Payments once made are non-refundable once service execution has started, except where approved in writing by IT Solutions.
4. Installation & Service Execution
Service timelines depend on site readiness, power availability, and customer coordination
Any civil work, drilling permissions, or structural approvals are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise
Additional materials or work requested during service execution will be charged separately
5. Equipment & Warranty
CCTV equipment is supplied only as part of installation or service projects
Manufacturer warranty applies as per brand terms and conditions
IT Solutions is not responsible for warranty rejection due to misuse, electrical issues, or physical damage
6. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
AMC services are limited to the scope mentioned in the agreement
Replacement of parts is not included unless explicitly specified
Damage due to fire, water, theft, electrical surge, or mishandling is excluded
AMC visits are scheduled based on availability and prior appointment
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide proper power supply, internet connectivity (if required), and safe working conditions
Obtain necessary permissions for CCTV installation at their premises
Ensure lawful use of CCTV systems in compliance with applicable privacy and surveillance laws
8. Privacy & Data Usage
Customer information submitted through enquiry forms or communication channels is used strictly for service-related communication and execution.
We do not sell or misuse personal information. Details are shared only when required for service delivery or legal compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
IT Solutions shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Network or internet-related performance issues
Data loss due to third-party system failure
Unauthorized access or misuse of CCTV footage after installation
10. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Cancellation is not permitted once site visit, installation, or service execution has started
Advance payments are non-refundable once resources or equipment have been allocated
11. Policy Updates
IT Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local Indian courts only.
